Welcome to our new online paying system. We are using Zeffy for processing our online payments. Zeffy is a fundraising platform for nonprofits that is 100% free to the council. It relies entirely on donor contributions at check out. What that means for us is that at the payment confirmation step, you have the option (but are never obliged) to contribute to Zeffy. While the system shows a default payment fee, it can be changed to zero dollars or what ever you'd like to contribute. This is their only source of revenue and allows them to cover all of the fees.
Review the instructions below before paying dues to learn how to pay zero dollar fees at check out.
1. Select the item to purchase. Select the quantity. In this case "1" for one dues payment. Click Select.
2. Next fill out the Buyer Information. Don't check off "Participate as an organization".
3. At the Summary, where it asks to contribute, click the dropdown menu and select other. You can then enter any amount from zero on up. What ever is right for you.
4. Choose your preferred payment method. Online Debit from your bank account or Credit Card.
